1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using RhythmHub Studios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspected fraud.

3. Bookings and payments

• Bookings are by the hour and confirmed upon successful payment with our third-party processors.
• Rates and fees are displayed prior to checkout. Taxes may apply.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where fraud is suspected.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session start.
• Within 24 hours, a late-cancel fee up to one hour’s rate may apply.
• No-shows may be charged in full.

5. Studio conduct

• Respect neighbors and noise policies. Follow posted SPL limits and building rules.
• You are responsible for equipment during your session. Report issues immediately.
• No illegal activity, harassment, or unsafe behavior is allowed.

6. Equipment and damages

Reasonable wear is expected. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

7. Intellectual property

All site content is owned by RhythmHub Studios or its licensors. You retain rights to content you create in our rooms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RhythmHub Studios from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Services

We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice when practicable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Dispute resolution

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing arbitration or litigation, where applicable by law.
